Panagaea was staged for the camera of ARTFORUM Magazine. The commission provided an opportunity to work with the most ephemeral of elements – fire, smoke, steam and mist.

The work is an emphatic declaration that the world is in flux, and it depicts the simultaneous creative and destructive forces of heat and light – of energy. Above the primordial pool, distinct rays of light emanate from an unseen source.
